- High school graduates without college experience
- Current college students interested in MedTech
- Community college graduates new to MedTech
- Four-year university graduates new to MedTech
- Current MedTech professionals
- Career changers from other industries

- Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Active involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Feedback on six career pathways: Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Data Management, Reimbursement/Market Access, and Marketing
