I, the undersigned participant in Mind Grove’s User Acceptance Testing program, hereby grant Mind Grove and its affiliates, successors, and assigns permission to use my feedback, comments, and testimonials provided during the User Acceptance Testing process for marketing and advertising purposes anonymously, without any identifying information.

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the use of my feedback in:

• Website content and blog posts
• Social media campaigns and posts
• Print materials including brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Email marketing campaigns
• Press releases and case studies
• Other promotional materials and activities

I understand and agree that:

1. My feedback may be used in whole or in part, with reasonable editing for clarity and length while maintaining the original sentiment.
2. Mind Grove will not associate my name with the feedback
3. I retain the right to withdraw this permission at any time by sending a written request to info@mindgrove.com.
4. This release remains in effect until explicitly withdrawn in writing.
5. I will receive no compensation for the use of my feedback or testimonials.
