How It Started
Mind Grove is the first comprehensive training solution for companies in the MedTech space.
Mind Grove began with a simple but powerful realization: traditional training wasn’t keeping up with the realities of modern MedTech.
So We Built It.
After 30 years across nine MedTech companies, Cindy saw the same pattern repeat: smart, driven people entering the field with passion and purpose, quickly ending up frustrated and confused because nobody had provided onboarding training that explained the landscape. So Cindy began building slide decks to onboard new Clinical team members, introducing the product lifecycle and the inter-connectivity of the work. People’s eyes lit up, no longer struggling alone to understand the why and the how.
Without realizing it, Cindy was laying the groundwork for cross-functional collaboration, tapping into her ethos of sharing knowledge as she gathers it. The sooner Cindy did that as people came aboard, the faster they ramped up – the more successful they were and the more confidence they had in their day to day job.
Working smarter isn’t always about processes – sometimes it’s about sharing knowledge and experiences to build deeper understanding and expedite professional growth.
