Serial Founder Brings Deep Expertise in Learning Transformation, Enterprise Capability Building, and Growth Strategy

A serial entrepreneur and recognized leader in learning transformation, Zides has founded six companies over his career, including two respected learning, talent, and leadership development firms: CoreAxis Consulting and Progressive Solutions. As Founder and Operating Partner of Z.Advisors, he brings more than 30 years of experience helping the world’s most recognized organizations build high-performing teams, including Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Pfizer, as well as Google, Amazon, Walmart, and Bank of America.
His appointment reflects Mind Grove’s commitment to building a strong foundation for long-term growth while advancing its mission to eliminate cross-functional knowledge gaps across the MedTech industry.

A two-time founder in the learning and talent space, Zides built and scaled CoreAxis Consulting over more than a decade, culminating in its acquisition in 2022. Earlier in his career, he founded Progressive Solutions, which he grew and sold to a global education technology company. That repeated track record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting learning organizations gives Mind Grove a rare operator’s perspective as it grows its educational offerings and market presence.
