User Acceptance Testing Feedback Release

I, the undersigned participant in Mind Grove’s User Acceptance Testing program, hereby grant Mind Grove and its affiliates, successors, and assigns permission to use my feedback, comments, and testimonials provided during the User Acceptance Testing process for marketing and advertising purposes anonymously, without any identifying information.

This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the use of my feedback in:

Website content and blog posts
Social media campaigns and posts
Print materials including brochures, flyers, and advertisements
Email marketing campaigns
Press releases and case studies
Other promotional materials and activities
